On a sunny day, the Bayside Police Station indulges in its usual festivities. The atmosphere is filled with joy and laughter, especially as the Force's Aoyama Junzo (played by Yuji Oda) and his partners create a series of troubles that greatly anger his superior, Shimmachi Masayoshi (played by Yusuke Nakayama). Meanwhile, good news comes to the Bayside Station as Wang Mingcai (played by Kenichi Takitoh) is about to marry his Japanese girlfriend. To celebrate this momentous occasion symbolizing Japan-China friendship, Aoyama volunteers to organize the wedding, adding even more pressure to the already busy Force.
