Jung-woo is a music director who is betrayed by a friend and ends up in debt, with creditors coming to take away his precious guitar which he values more than life itself. In his time of desperation, Jung-woo receives a job opportunity and meets advertising producer Soo-jung. The workaholic Soo-jung and the romantic Jung-woo have differing values and styles, leading to constant clashes. However, as they spend time together, they realize they have many common interests, such as fine wine, music, and Santa Barbara, and gradually develop feelings for each other. One night, after a drunken accident, Jung-woo wakes up the next day to Soo-jung impulsively asking, "Don't you remember we said we would date?" After starting their relationship, misunderstandings cause them to part ways, but fate brings them back together in Santa Barbara, USA... A love story that is always left unfinished.
