Jin Sui Qiansui (voiced by Daisuke Kishio) lost his parents at a young age and grew up in an orphanage. After becoming an adult, he moved into the house left to him by his parents. In the large house, he is often the only one moving around, and this loneliness deeply erodes his heart, keeping him in a state of solitude. One day, five distinctly different teachers move into Qiansui's house and become his roommates. These teachers include the highly emotional crybaby Mutsuki (voiced by Ruri Asano), the silent and expressionless Nozomi (voiced by Akiko Kimura), the health teacher who is also a kendo master Yayoi (voiced by Kikuko Inoue), the cheerful and energetic Uduki (voiced by Tamiko Koyama), and the athletic Jigsaw (voiced by Yoshimi Sasajima). Their presence brings new hope to Qiansui's life.
