"Mekaku City Actors" is the Chinese title for the anime adaptation of the "Kagerou Project," which aired on April 12, 2014. The "Kagerou Project" (Japanese: カゲロウプロジェクト) is a multimedia project created by music producer and novelist jin (じん, also known as Shizen no Teki P) that began in 2011. It started with music produced using VOCALOID technology, with a primary style of synthesizer rock and also includes works similar to ballads, often labeled as "shockingly addictive." Each song tells a story, and every story belongs to a shared universe, interconnected with one another.
