The handsome young boy Murase Takeya is a genuine otaku, passionate about collecting dolls and figurines. In an era of advanced technology, the home maid robot specialty store (MW) fulfills the dreams of otakus like Takeya, allowing them to purchase any type of mechanical maid that suits their taste. In the MW store, Takeya sets his eyes on a mechanical maid with golden long hair, a fantastic figure, and a doll-like face. Without hesitation, he buys her. However, this robot, later named Ui by Takeya, firmly believes that her essence is to do house chores. She first finds herself confused by the store manager's wicked sense of humor, and then struggles with Takeya's bizarre tastes in doll collecting and dressing up. This odd pair, filled with contradictions, play out countless amusing antics… This film is adapted from the manga by Mizuki Takehito and was released as an OVA in the fall of 2007.
