He works odd jobs in the area, is blind in his left eye, and can only see half of the world. In a crumbling modern city, can two half-people make a whole? There’s a sense of foreboding; fearing that looking back may reveal a lifetime has passed. Harada Mieko's daughter Ishibashi Shizuka takes the lead for the first time, starring alongside Ikematsu Sosuke, with Matsuda Ryuhei supporting. Adapted from a collection of poems by a bestselling female poet, director Ishii Yuya (from "Between the Lines," 37th edition) presents blue love at "the highest density," seeing his beloved quirky characters from a different angle.
