This film is a fan-made animation produced by the fan club Dance Wind. 　Gensokyo, a beautiful realm existing independently beyond the world, is a place where youkai, humans, gods, and divine beasts live together in harmony and friendship. Here, there is no sadness, no pain, no war, no death; only a leisurely life filled with joy that permeates every ounce of air. 　As summer approaches, the shrine where the priestess Reimu Hakurei (voiced by Mai Nakahara) resides is about to hold its annual summer festival, and all the residents of Gensokyo are looking forward to this day. At this critical moment, a series of strange events plunge Gensokyo into crisis. The cash register at the shrine's entrance is robbed, Patchouli (voiced by Mikako Takahashi)'s collection goes missing, and the refreshments from the Scarlet Devil Mansion disappear. What truth lies behind these incidents?
