In the romantic city of Paris, a pair of young people immersed in the world of music strive to achieve their respective dreams. As the chief conductor of the Marlay Orchestra, Chikao Shinichi (voiced by Tomokazu Seki) moves forward with unprecedented vigor. To focus fully on his music career, he decides to move out of the apartment without prior communication with Noda Megumi (voiced by Ayako Kawasumi). On the other hand, Noda is disheartened when her wish to compete is denied by her teacher, and the outstanding performances of her seniors leave her feeling defeated. After finally receiving an invitation to her first salon concert, Noda is shocked to learn about her senior’s move. The dream of music in a foreign land unfolds around the couple Chikao and Noda, as fellow young musicians Yunryu (voiced by Satoshi Hino), Frank (voiced by Shintaro Asanuma), and Tanya (voiced by Shizuka Ito) also experience the transformation between dreams and reality… This film is adapted from the manga by Tomoko Ninomiya.
