The story takes place in the literary club of a certain high school. The five members of the club are quite distinct in personality: the easily lost-in-fantasy Onodera Yasa (voiced by Kono Hiyori), the surprisingly outspoken Sugawara Shinatsu (voiced by Anji Chika), the extraordinarily pure literary girl Sudou Mayuko (voiced by Asakura Momo) with zero romantic experience, the aspiring novelist Homura Kazuha (voiced by Kurosawa Tomoyo), and the very traditional club president Sonezaki Rika (voiced by Uesaka Sumire), who avoids discussions about sex. One day, while discussing the topic of "things they want to do before they die," the usually quiet Shinatsu suddenly proclaims, "I want to experience sex." This unexpected remark throws the entire literary club into chaos; although the girls react differently to this statement, it stirs something in their hearts.
