In the dark and terrifying underworld, there exists a mysterious institution equivalent to a police station known as the "Ten Kings Hall." In addition to judging some heavily sinful deceased, the Ten Kings Hall also holds the important responsibility of investigating abnormal deaths in the human world. The cheerful and easy-going young man Azuma Mato (voiced by Sanuki Shinichiro) works there and has gradually become a cornerstone of the Ten Kings Hall due to his rich case-handling experience. A series of mysterious murder cases occur in Nagasaki, suspected to be committed by a brutal, bloodthirsty vampire. To uncover the truth behind these incidents, Azuma Mato and his partner Kurosaki Mitsu (voiced by Asano Mayumi) embark on a dangerous journey. With the help of their friends Wataru On (voiced by Seki Toshihiko) and Takumi Shinichiro (voiced by Morikawa Toshiyuki), all clues point to a perverted doctor named Umekagami Kazuki (voiced by Hayami Sho). What Mitsu did not expect was that in the past, there was an inexplicable entanglement between Umekagami Kazuki and Azuma Mato, and Mato's long-buried past slowly starts to surface.
