Hanabi Natsuno is a fifteen-year-old high school girl. To attend school, she returned to the small town where she lived during her childhood. The town, once vast in her memories, now appears small and cramped to her as she has grown up. With complicated feelings in her heart, Hanabi arrives at a dormitory called "Tachibana Residence." The dilapidated state of the dormitory shocks her, and with the thought of "I'll stay for just one month and then move out," she becomes a resident of Tachibana Residence.
