In the year 17 of the True Calendar, the Third Galactic Empire was officially established. Seventy percent of Earth's population achieved extraterrestrial immigration, resulting in the division of human society into the Dorushia Military Nation, formed by a juvenile military government, and the Atlantic Ring Treaty Organization (ARUS), which expanded trade agreements. The two major powers experienced a back-and-forth struggle, filled with continuous conflicts. During this time, the neutral nation of Dio, which advocates peace, tried to remain unscathed but inevitably fell victim to the flames of war. On a tranquil day, Dio was suddenly attacked by Dorushia. In his rage and grief, he boarded the mysterious robot Valvrave that unexpectedly protruded from beneath the school building and defeated the enemy with overwhelming force.
