After overcoming many hardships, Chiaki Shinichi (voiced by Seki Tomokazu) and Noda Megumi (voiced by Kawasumi Ayako) have finally made it to Europe, with one free from their fear of flying and the other passing the entrance exam. Noda, feeling fresh and excited in the new environment and new apartment, is happiest because she can finally be with her beloved Chiaki! However, things are not as good as she imagined. Chiaki shines in the international conducting competition, drawing attention from major media outlets, while Noda faces many challenges, including language barriers, talented peers at her new school, and being away from Chiaki… All of this makes her feel lonely and isolated in a foreign land, and the greater crisis is that Chiaki is also admired by a genius pianist, which leaves Noda struggling with her piano playing as well. This film is adapted from the manga of the same name by Ninomiyah Chiko and is the second installment of the anime series.
