After the conclusion of the Second Neo Zeon War, also known as "Char's Rebellion," a brief peace was achieved in the Earth Sphere. Three years later, in the year UC 0096, a secret negotiation was held in the industrial colony "Industrial 7." The content was that the "Bistet Foundation," believed to be secretly controlled by the Earth Federation Government, would hand over the top secret "Laplace's Box" to the remnants of Neo Zeon, known as the "Sleeves." On the other hand, Banagher Links, a boy attending Anaheim Industrial Academy, meets a girl who calls herself Audrey Burne (actually the daughter of the former Neo Zeon prince, Dozle Zabi, and Mirai Yamato). In order to prevent a new outbreak of war, Audrey must organize the transaction of "Laplace's Box." After helping Audrey several times, Banagher gradually becomes attracted to her.
