In a world where humanity is in a continuous war with the enemy—“Unknown.” The children who were sent to cryogenic sleep facilities for refuge during the "Unknown" invasion decades ago wake up to find that supernatural powers—“World”—have been discovered within their bodies. To protect the nation from the “Unknown” appearing in Tokyo Bay, the boys and girls engage in battle across the defense cities of Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Chiba. Tokyo is led by Sagara Sou, Kanagawa by Tachibana Company, and Chiba by Watanabe, together creating the world of “QUALIDEA.” Now, having finally awakened from their slumber, these children, including Suzaku Ami and Utatari Canary, have gained new powers. After a meeting of representatives from each city, a large-scale Unknown response is confirmed in the southern waters of the Aqua Line, prompting the defense cities of Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Chiba to immediately counterattack. During the battle against the Unknown, a princess accidentally destroys important facilities, placing the task of repairing the Aqua Line in the hands of the city representatives. With the strength of Suzaku and others, the repair progress is accelerated, but just as the Aqua Line is completed, a new mission arises. Aoi's world can scan others' visual, auditory, and subjective impressions and replay them for others. From the perspective of eyewitnesses, Suzaku and the others see a suspected Unknown in the sea, and a search mission begins. A super gigantic Unknown appears in front of Aqua Line’s seahorse waters, a new type larger than the previously largest Triton. The administration temporarily names this new type Leviathan, and the three schools will simultaneously go to battle at sunrise tomorrow—this fight is entirely different from the past. To prove himself, Suzaku heads to the scene early; upon discovering this, Canary comes to support him, but the enemy's capabilities far exceed their expectations. Canary’s injury fills Suzaku with guilt and self-recrimination. Representatives from all three schools gather to launch an assault against the Leviathan-level Unknown, but even the princess's full strike cannot inflict a single point of damage. Upon regaining his composure, Suzaku immediately organizes a counterattack, and battle personnel from various locations actively join the fight. After waking up in the hospital and learning that everyone is battling, Canary insists on going to the battlefield, and her singing inspires everyone.
