Gang Jae-Heok (Lee Dong-Wook) is a handsome and passionate detective with exceptional shooting skills and top-notch hand-to-hand combat abilities. He possesses a righteous and just heart, fully dedicated to his cause of justice. Choi Soo-Jin (Hyun Young) is a beautiful reporter, carefree and straightforward, although she often appears hysterical and clumsy, getting herself into all sorts of situations. One day, while chasing a suspect, Gang Jae-Heok accidentally bumps into Choi Soo-Jin, who is eating fish cake skewers, and one of the skewers ends up poking into Jae-Heok's stomach, triggering his “sharp object phobia” and causing him to faint.
