Lacking paternal care, the only time Mitsuo truly communicated with his father in his memory was during their childhood when they played the video game "FINAL FANTASY III" together one night. One day, Akira unexpectedly retires, leaving the family confused. To uncover the reason behind it and mend their relationship, Mitsuo decides to launch the "Light of Dad" project! He first recommends his father play the multiplayer online RPG "FINAL FANTASY XIV," and then, under the guise of the mysterious female player Maidy, he teams up with him to train him into a skilled player, guiding him and a group of online players through challenges! Akira gradually opens up as he becomes enamored with the game, teaming up with Mitsuo to battle ultimate bosses and revealing buried secrets...
