Frank Magner is a young police officer assigned to the 36th precinct in Paris. His first case is a murder involving a young girl, and his job is to connect all the clues related to the case. However, due to insufficient manpower and bureaucratic practices, the case makes no progress. For eight years, Frank Magner has been obsessed with this investigation, tracking the killer's footsteps.
