Throughout Adam's (Ashton Kutcher) upbringing, Emma (Natalie Portman) appears from time to time, so the two can be considered friends. One day, when Adam visits his celebrity father, he discovers that his father is actually living with his ex-girlfriend, which Adam cannot accept.
