The melancholic blonde boy "Kara" (played by Matthias Schweighöfer) is a professional paramedic dedicated to saving lives. He is kind and sensitive, always a lone wolf. The prominent scar on his face serves as an indelible reminder of the serious car accident that occurred when he was seven years old.
