The story takes place in a neighborhood known as Bevy, located in the bustling metropolis of Paris, where the population is very mixed and violent crimes often occur. Baba (Omar Sy) is a police officer working here, facing numerous dangerous situations every day. Baba's girlfriend (Julie Ferrier) has always hoped that her boyfriend could leave Bevy and move in with her, allowing him to escape the dangers and his overly controlling mother.
