Pan (played by Yang Panpan) and Li (played by Li Saifeng), two senior police officers, share a deep bond and treat Li's father, San Chai Feng, as family. They work together to investigate a criminal gang, but during a police shootout, while successfully killing some gang members, they expose the identity of the undercover officer. This incident attracts the attention of the gang leader, Sister Da, who sends killers Fei and Wei to eliminate the undercover agent. Fei attempts to kill the undercover agent but is killed by Li during their confrontation. After learning this, Wei decides to take revenge for Fei. He kidnaps Li's sister, Anna, forcing Li and San Chai Feng to rescue her. However, during this rescue operation, both San Chai Feng and Anna tragically end up being killed by Wei, and Li is not spared either, ultimately facing an attack from Wei in the hospital. Pan witnesses his friend's enormous sacrifice for justice and feels profound sorrow and anger. He vows to find Wei and engage him in a final battle. After an intense fight, Pan ultimately succeeds in killing Wei, avenging Li's family.
