When the founder of the Triple X program, Gibson (played by Samuel L. Jackson), is killed, NSA agent Jane Marke (played by Toni Collette) decides to bring back Xander Cage (played by Vin Diesel), who has been in self-imposed exile and has been pursued by the government.
