Based on a true story, "Sisi and I" breaks the sacred aura surrounding Princess Sisi, revealing the lesser-known side of this capricious noblewoman. The film is told from the perspective of her maid, Ilma, recounting the tumultuous love affair between her and Sisi, who has become the Empress of Austria. Ilma not only has a background in sadistic training but also possesses unique expertise in extracting cocaine from herbs. She and Sisi have had an ambiguous relationship for years, creating a matriarchal world in the palace. She is also the only maid present when Sisi was assassinated.
