Officer Ray Da-yung (played by Wan Chi-leung) gets along well with his superior, Sir Shen (played by Lam Da-hua), and has a good relationship with Senior Inspector Yip Chan-keung (played by Lue Leung-wai); Cheung Kai-wah was originally a good officer who was wrongfully imprisoned for ten years for drug trafficking. After being released, he first kills retired officer Pighead Binh, and his next target is Ray Da-yung because he believes they are the ones who framed him. After a dispute with a rich kid, the rich kid is murdered, and Da-yung is accused of being the killer. He escapes from the police station to find the real culprit. Kai-wah and Da-yung clash in a fight, and Chan-keung arrives to reveal the truth: the real killer is Sir Shen. Sir Shen, having discovered Kai-wah and Da-yung’s location, arrives with his men to eliminate them. After a fierce battle, Kai-wah and Sir Shen die in a gunfight, while Chan-keung and the witness, Helen, who can prove Da-yung’s innocence, are also injured. Da-yung narrowly escapes injury and finally clears his name.
