Richie (Justin Timberlake) is a top student at Princeton University, born with an exceptionally high IQ and a remarkable talent for gambling. From a young age, he understood how to leverage this advantage to earn tuition and pocket money, leading to a wealthy life without financial worries. However, as the saying goes, you can't walk by the river without wetting your shoes; eventually, Richie stumbles in a crucial poker game and nearly loses everything. Arrogantly believing someone has set him up, Richie travels all the way to Costa Rica to find the gambling king Ivan (Ben Affleck).
