On a dark and windy night, cultural relics are stolen from the Spring City Museum. Detective Team Leader Hai Yang (played by Wu Xiqian) leads the officers in the investigation, and the fingerprint analysis confirms that it was left by a person named Zhang Ba Lian (played by Tu Zhongru).
