In Canada, the Chinese gangster Long Haotian (played by Deng Guangrong) engages in fierce battles with the Italian Mafia, which leads to the death of his wife and his imprisonment in Canada. He entrusts his young daughter Qiqi to his brothers to return to Hong Kong. During his time in prison, letters from his beloved daughter become Long Haotian's only solace. However, years later, his daughter disappears into the vast sea of people. After more than a decade, Long Haotian is released from prison. He rejects his younger brothers, including Hua Zi (played by Liu Dehua), who wish to help him regain power, and returns to Hong Kong to search for his daughter. With guidance from others, he finds his daughter's childhood friend "Little Dragon Girl" (played by Luo Meiwei) and her guardian Qian Xiaofeng (played by Li Meifeng) in an orphanage, hoping they can assist in locating Qiqi. However, Little Dragon Girl leads Long Haotian into a conflict with his former friend, Long Ye's subordinate, Li Peng (played by Ren Dahua). With his daughter's whereabouts unknown, gangland vendettas resurface…
