Alex (Jean-Claude Van Damme) and Chad (Jean-Claude Van Damme) are twin brothers who share a close bond. However, an accident in their childhood not only caused them to lose their parents forever but also separated them. Chad ended up in Paris with the old butler, while Alex fell into the streets of Hong Kong and became a triad. After many years, Chad sees a photo of Alex and finally discovers his whereabouts. Excited, Chad travels all the way to Hong Kong to reunite with his brother. However, to Chad's shock, he discovers that the murderer of his parents is actually Alex's arch-enemy. Yet, contrary to Chad's joy about the reunion, Alex feels a deep sense of crisis when faced with a man who is so much better than himself.
