This film consists of 5 stories: "Palm Sacrifice for Souls" - To evade legal responsibility, a mother sends her son to a remote temple to be a penitent monk. The boy accompanies the masters to a mountain village, where the master tells him about the local custom of using palm platforms to sacrifice to hungry ghosts. The boy initially dismisses it, only to eventually find out the master's words were true; "Ghost Patient in the Same Room" - A young man sustains fractures from a car accident and is forced to be placed in a multi-bed hospital room for recovery. However, there are only two patients in the room—himself and an elderly man who is brain dead. As night falls, the old man unexpectedly gets up and attacks the young man; "Desperate Backpackers" - A young couple from Japan travels to Thailand and hitches a ride on a closed cargo truck. On the way, they hear continuous knocking from the truck's cargo area, and a nightmare begins; "Soul's Used Car" - A female owner of a used car dealership profits by refurbishing and selling cars that have been in accidents. One night, her son, Little De, goes missing while playing at the dealership, and terrifying events unfold; "Chilling Ghost Film Set" - A crew is shooting "Conjoined Ghost 2," and the actress playing the female ghost, Little Gen, suddenly faints on set. The staff hurriedly takes her to the hospital. Just as the crew worries about the progress, Little Gen returns to the set again.
