In the not-so-distant future, an alien species known as the Formics begins an invasion of Earth, resulting in the deaths of over ten million people. In this critical moment, the brave Commander Graff stands against the expansion of the invaders. Utilizing this limited and precious time, humanity is dedicated to finding and training exceptionally gifted children, hoping they will become leaders capable of defeating the extraterrestrial invaders. Among these children is Ender Wiggin (Asa Butterfield), a small-framed boy with a melancholic expression but an unwavering gaze, who is seen as a key figure by the International Fleet. After several rounds of rigorous evaluations, Ender's potential is recognized by Colonel Graff (Harrison Ford), who takes him to a battle school located in a space station, where the future hero faces a new round of challenges in a controlled environment... This film is adapted from the original work by American science fiction writer Orson Scott Card.
