A bright light transports eight individuals from five continents to an unknown location. Parachuting from high altitudes, they land in a vast rainforest. Among them are Chechen fighters, members of the Israel Defense Forces, Mexican special forces, an FBI fugitive, a Yakuza boss from the Inagawa-kai, and a doctor who feels out of place among the others. They do not know each other, nor do they understand why they have been brought to this strange jungle. Led by Royce (Adrien Brody), they begin to head toward higher ground, only to discover that they are on an alien planet. Meanwhile, vicious and deadly beasts attack them one after another. Royce realizes that they are merely prey selected by extraterrestrial creatures, and this rainforest is the aliens' hunting ground. Faced with numerous dangers, these helpless humans must confront the enormous, bloodthirsty Predators...
