Daisuke Yuge (played by Takayuki Yamada), a Japanese youth passionate about stargazing, works part-time as a tour guide during his stay in Hawaii. Taking advantage of his job, this romantic man strolls through the flower bushes, enjoying himself. One day, he encounters a beautiful girl, Rui Tsuji (played by Masami Nagasawa), in a restaurant. Rui's focused demeanor captivates Daisuke, and when they meet again, he gathers his courage to approach her. For this seasoned pick-up artist, everything seems to be going smoothly. However, when they meet the next day, Rui coldly turns her back on Daisuke. It turns out that the girl had suffered a car accident ten years ago, which made it impossible for her to retain memories of the present; she forever lives in the day before the accident. Stubborn and unwilling to give up, Daisuke embarks on a relentless pursuit of the girl, facing repeated failures yet continuing to fight.
