Kei Komachi (played by Kenichi Matsuyama), who works at a real estate company, and Kenta Oyama (played by Eita), who works at his father's ironworks, are true railroad enthusiasts. Kei enjoys listening to music while admiring the scenery outside the window, often ignoring his girlfriend's feelings; Kenta has a deep knowledge of machinery, able to identify the type and manufacturer of an engine just by its sound.
