Like an unending rain, it leads Himekawa's team, formed for four and a half years, towards the end. Within a week, Tokyo experiences three murder incidents with similar methods, all the victims belonging to the subordinate organization of the largest gang, the Yamaguchi-gumi. The police quickly establish a search headquarters, and the 4th division insists that the case arises from a dispute over the heir's position. However, Reiko Himekawa (played by Yūko Takeuchi) raises questions, leading to a split in the headquarters. A mysterious phone call causes Reiko to focus on a stranger, Kento Yanai (played by Shota Sometani), but the higher-ups order her to refrain from investigating this lead. Reiko, who refuses to bow to power easily, starts an independent investigation with the cover of her teammates, including Kazuma Kikuta (played by Hidetoshi Nishijima). During this process, Yanai's difficult past and his complex relationship with the police gradually become clear. An encounter with Isamu Makita (played by Takahiro Osawa), who claims to be a real estate businessman, changes the fate of the equally scarred Reiko... This film is adapted from Tetsuya Honda's series of mystery novels "Strawberry Night" and is a theatrical adaptation of the TV series of the same name.
