Everyone thinks that Amy (played by Mila Kunis) has a happy and perfect marital life—cherishing husband, well-behaved children, and favorable living conditions. But only Amy knows that to maintain this seemingly glamorous facade, she has long been exhausted inside. Her husband throws all the household chores on her, and while dealing with these trivial matters, Amy must also please the other mothers around her. Finally, one day, Amy can no longer tolerate her life. She leaves her family, abandoning her husband and children, and together with her friends Kiki (played by Kristen Bell) and Carla (played by Kathryn Hahn), two other housewives who are also being crazily squeezed by life, the three embark on a crazy path of revelry.
