Cameron (Stephen Lack) is homeless and unemployed, spending his days wandering the streets filled with depression and anger. No one knows that he possesses a terrifying superpower that allows him to manipulate others at will. One day, while wandering in a supermarket, Cameron inadvertently overhears two women mocking him, and in a fit of rage, he strikes back. This incident brings Cameron to the attention of a doctor named Paul (Patrick McGoohan), thus changing Cameron's life. Dr. Paul teaches Cameron how to control and effectively use his superpower, quickly gaining Cameron's trust and dependence. However, Cameron is unaware of the organization behind Dr. Paul and does not realize that he has been targeted by this organization and is caught up in a major conspiracy.
