In 2010, in Yachiyo, Japan, elementary school teacher Shinichi Ichikawa (played by Shō Aikawa) struggles with a failed career, a cheating wife, and a daughter involved in compensated dating. Unable to change his chaotic life, Ichikawa adopts an attitude of escaping reality. He constantly reminisces about the superhero series "Zebra Man" that aired 34 years ago, a hero who once inspired him greatly. Late at night, Ichikawa hides in his room sewing a Zebra Man costume and then secretly wears it to experience the feeling of being a superhero. Meanwhile, strange events are occurring in the city, as a group of evil aliens sets their sights on Earth, with Yachiyo being their base of operations. With the earth in grave danger, will the righteous Zebra Man appear? This film is a commemorative work for Shō Aikawa's 100th movie.
