The president of a famous cosmetics company, Mei Lun (played by Arisa Mizuki), has a hidden past. Once, she worked as a cleaner in a plastic surgery clinic and felt deep insecurity about her unattractive appearance. One day, the plastic surgeon Yoshihiko (played by Susumu Terajima) approached Mei Lun, offering to make her his experimental subject and perform cosmetic surgery on her for free. Ultimately, the surgery was a great success, and the transformed, stunning Mei Lun naturally married Yoshihiko.
