On an ordinary morning in Seoul, South Korea, the host of the radio show Daily Topic, Yoon Young-hwa (played by Ha Jung-woo), is on a call discussing tax reform with listeners when a man identifying himself as an ordinary worker living in Changsin-dong, Park Ro-kye, calls in to complain about the excessively high electricity bills and threats from the relevant departments. Yoon Young-hwa, somewhat impatient, cuts him off, citing the deviation from the topic.
