On the wedding night of the head of the Ichinari family, Kenzo, and the niece of Kubo Ginzō, Katsuko, a sudden sound of a koto echoed from their separate sleeping quarters. What the gathered guests witnessed upon rushing to the separate quarters was the sight of Kenzo and Katsuko lying collapsed, entwined in a pool of bright red blood. Kindaichi Kōsuke, who attended the wedding at Ginzō's invitation, launched an investigation, but the separate quarters turned out to be a complete locked room with no traces of the perpetrator's escape found. Additionally, three bloody fingerprints were left on the golden folding screen in the room, and a Japanese sword was embedded in the garden... This is a masterpiece television drama from the "Yokomizo Seishi Series." Kindaichi Kōsuke, played by Ikkō Furya, takes on a new challenging case.
