A female host named Nami (played by Miyuki Ono) who specializes in producing bizarre programs receives a mysterious videotape one day. The tape shows the process of a woman being tortured, and intriguingly, the woman's face resembles Nami's closely. To uncover the truth, Nami and a production crew of four drive to the filming location—a deserted factory. The five split up but soon realize they have become the prey of someone. They are hunted down one by one, meeting horrific ends. Nami is saved by a man named Daisuke, from whom she learns the shocking truth. The two desperately attempt to escape, but Daisuke is killed in a bizarre manner, while Nami experiences horrific sights she's never encountered in her life. Following the incident, Nami's program is canceled, but the nightmare does not end here... The script for this film was written by Takashi Ishii, hence the female lead's name is also "Nami."
