Officer Gu Yong-min (played by Yoo Ji-tae) accidentally caused the death of a hostage, a mistake that led to his resignation and left him trapped in recurring nightmares. Now serving as the head of security at his uncle's mall, Gu Yong-min encounters a new case: the mall, which had previously suffered a major fire, is about to reopen after renovations, but a series of murders begin to occur within. All victims appear to have committed suicide in front of mirrors, yet their wounds are inflicted by external forces. Is all of this truly the work of a ghostly figure appearing in the mirror? At the crime scenes, Gu Yong-min discovers a mysterious woman who reappears each time and uncovers connections between all the deceased. Gu Yong-min investigates the case, learning that a mall employee, Lee Jeong-hyun, died in the fire, and he reaches out to her twin sister, Lee Ji-hyun, gradually getting closer to the truth behind the murders...
