Jung Jae-sik (played by Jung Jae-young) is a man who dislikes change. Whether big matters or small ones, Jae-sik meticulously records them in his planner and strictly follows this plan for his life. Additionally, Jae-sik has an obsessive cleanliness that far exceeds normal levels, and figuring out how to survive in a world filled with bacteria and viruses has become his greatest challenge. Jae-sik's meticulous personality has caused him quite a bit of trouble, with the most troubling fact being that he is still single at his age. By chance, Jae-sik meets a girl named Lee Ji-won (played by Han Ji-min), whose lively and cheerful nature attracts his attention. However, what drives Jae-sik crazy is that Ji-won is a carefree and messy girl in her daily life. The stark contrast in their personalities does not extinguish the spark of love in Jae-sik's heart, and thus begins a romantic comedy filled with laughter and tears.
