Years ago, Bai Zhongfa (played by Dou Wenze) and Huang Tianba (played by Li Guohuang) studied under the Mahjong Master Ru Wuchang (played by Zeng Zhiwei). Bai Zhongfa is naturally indifferent and learned the essence of Mahjong from Ru Wuchang, while Huang Tianba is competitive and eventually has a falling out with his master and senior brother. Over twenty years later, Bai Zhongfa runs a restaurant with his daughter Suxi. Huang Tianba, who has won the championship of the Ten Realms Mahjong King tournament multiple times, is unwilling to see Bai Zhongfa win the title of the first "Mahjong King" and constantly schemes to defeat his senior brother at the Mahjong table.
