A gang of youths from秀茂坪 killed a teenager. With frantic efforts, they moved the body and destroyed all evidence... The tough young leader, 大王, along with his capable partner 阿必, got into a conflict with another group of delinquents led by 阿鸡 and 黑仔 to protect their little brother 阿鸡. 黑仔 was overpowered and had to retreat. On the other hand, 番薯, who hails from the Thai district, worked at a garbage station, but the lazy 番薯 pushed the work onto his honest and dull uncle (played by 李健仁), occasionally resorting to violence against him. 番薯 gained praise for standing up for the kids in the Thai district and took the opportunity to gather little brothers to establish his own influence. 黑仔 approached 番薯 to seek cooperation against 大王, but they both ended up being recruited by the fighting-savvy 大王. Thus, the “皇朝” gang, under 大王's control, was officially established, with a bunch of young people idly hanging around and bullying 三叔. 阿鸡, who had a good relationship with 三叔, felt dissatisfied but this led to a tragic fate...
