Adapted from the manga of the same name by Shuzo Oshimi. The director is Noboru Iguchi, who has directed other adaptations such as "Teiichi: Battle of Supreme High," and the screenplay is written by Mari Okada, known for her work on popular anime scripts such as "Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day." The story follows Takao Kasuga, a high school student obsessed with Charles Baudelaire's iconic work "Les Fleurs du mal," who is caught by his classmate Sae Nakamura while stealing the gym clothes of the class flower, Nanako Saeki, and is then tormented by her outrageous demands.
