One day, a girl named Fukiko suddenly faints at school. Her mother, Yoshiko, who thought everything was fine, takes her daughter home, only for Fukiko to faint again and utter eerie and terrifying words to her father, Hiroshi Yokota (played by Masanobu Katsumura). Fukiko is then sent to the hospital, where it is discovered that she has an unknown cyst in her abdomen. From that moment on, all sorts of strange occurrences begin to happen. The lecherous Yokota searches for female colleagues but bizarrely becomes a murderer; nurse Yuko (played by Ai Kago) witnesses horrifying events affecting Fukiko multiple times, driving her almost to the brink of madness; Yuko's neighbor Tohru (played by Yasushi Seto) is curious about the noise coming from next door, only to lose his life because of it; Yoshiko asks her sister Mariko (played by Yuri Nakamura), who is a priestess, to save her daughter, leading them to encounter incredible horrors. Initially believing the exorcism was successfully completed, the evil curse is just beginning… This film is the second part of the 10th-anniversary installment of the Japanese horror series "Ju-on," the other part being "The Grudge 2".
