The hospital informs him that he needs to prepare ten thousand yuan in three days, or he won't be able to undergo surgery. His relatives gather to discuss ways to help, and everyone believes that Dawang's incident is an occupational injury, so the medical expenses must be covered by the employer. Dawang's younger brother Erwang (played by Li Naiwen), full of youthful vigor, vows not only to reclaim the medical expenses but also to demand an apology from the boss in person in their village. After this, Erwang confidently strides into the bustling metropolis, only to be stopped by the company's security guard, Xizi (played by Liu Hua). It’s hard to see the King of Hell, and even harder to deal with the little ghosts. Erwang, without power or influence, tries various ways to infiltrate the company; can he successfully help his brother reclaim the surgery fee?
