A live-action film adapted from the popular television animation produced by Tatsunoko Production in 1974. The story depicts the protagonist Kaishi, a detective with the martial arts secret "Polimar," as he battles evil. This film is a commemorative piece for the 55th anniversary of Tatsunoko Production, starring Junpei Gomyo and directed by Koichi Sakamoto. It was released in Japan on May 13, 2017. The "Polimar" series aired on Asahi TV from 1974 to 1975, created in the style of transformation-based fighting sci-fi works like "Science Ninja Team," and this classic has been reimagined as a live-action film to celebrate the 55th anniversary of the studio's founding. The protagonist Kaishi, played by Junpei Gomyo, is an assistant at a detective agency who can transform into a super warrior wearing a special helmet and red uniform to uphold peace and justice.
